This policy covers the website at elalabs.dev, operated by Human Resilience LLC under the name Ela Labs. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Human Resilience LLC.

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind, and it has no accounts or sign-in.

Like any website, our hosting provider records standard request data, such as IP address, browser type, and the time of each visit, to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not combine this data with other information or use it to identify you.

Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. When they load, Google receives your IP address and browser details. Google's own privacy policy applies to that data.

If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send. We use it only to reply, and we do not sell or share it.

Each app we release will describe what data it collects, if any, in its App Store listing. We will update this policy before any app that collects personal data becomes available.

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@elalabs.dev. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, and we honor those requests the same way.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
